This is my gorgeous 2008 Vespa GTS 250, it has 3700 miles on it and is in pristine showroom condition...not a scratch, dent or any sign of wear! This scooter has been my summer toy and has been cared for and maintained like an exotic sports car! Driven only on sunny days! Really!
All scheduled service has been performed by one dealer, Metro Scooter of Northvale NJ, so all service records are available.

The Polini Performance Variator upgrade makes this scooter faster than the new GTS 300, with faster takeoffs and a higher top speed of 85mph!
The Stebel Airhorn is the most important upgrade one can make to a scooter or motorcycle because most motorists ignore bikes and bike horns...the Stebel airhorn sounds like a Mac truck and has saved me from many oblivious drivers!
The Vespa OEM small Flyscreen does a great job of keeping wind out of your face, of keeping bugs out of your teeth, and smoothing the ride at highway speeds...in fact you can cruise comfortably at 80mph courtesy the Polini Variator upgrade.
The Vespa OEM Top case is made specifically for the GTS 250 and has enough room for the largest full face helmets or a large supermarket grocery bag. The case has it's own built in lock with a seperate Vespa style key. Vespa makes an optional leather/canvas overnight bag that is shaped exactly like the top case and fits in like a glove ...wonderful for an overnight jaunt.
Plus there is a cavernous storage bin under the lockable seat that can hold another helmet plus gear.
By the way...with my 200lb frame this bike gets 60-65 mpg combined riding.
The Vespa OEM chrome luggage carrier is the best on the market, it's strong, durable and folds up when not in use if you don't have the top case installed.
The 2013 GTS 300 is identical to the '08 GTS 250 in every detail and feature, just 29cc bigger...but mine is faster!!!
The 2013 GTS300 sells for $6199 plus dealer prep, freight bringing it to $6599 before tax...you cannot drive one out for under $7000 bare!
Add the $1600 of accessories and you are in for over $8600.
Save the $3600 for a nice vacation and grab this like new machine for $4999...a bargain!
I just moved from NJ to NY and need to title and register soon which will tie up the title for up to 3 months. If I don't get a buyer before the end of May then the Vespa comes off the market to get registered and titled in NY.
